Czech BRNO Factory K98 Mauser Rifle Chambered in 8MM, This is a very nice example of an original late WWII K98 bolt action rifle as manufactured by the BRNO factory in Czechoslovakia. These were the standard German K98 bolt action rifle that were used by all German forces throughout WWII. The receiver is correctly stamped "dot/Eagle 63/1944" with the side wall marked with the block "K98". It has all the correct late war stamped parts to include the trigger guard, floor plate and barrel bands all correctly serial numbered and matching to the rifle. It is fitted with the correct laminated stock and handguard that is fitted with the cupped sheet metal butt plate.
