USGI M-1 Combat Military Helmet with liner, This ones seems tricky appears it could be a "Repro" ??? refer to pictures to make your own determination: The Helmet appears to be an M1 USGI Helmet, on the interior is stamped H A 1978 within the square of the stamp, there is two side chin strap rings, there is no other markings I see, this pot helmet does not have any rivets, there are some dents to the top, appears as a legitmate helmet, then we have the liner, appears to be like a thick resin or plastic , with the leather liner and straps, on the inside of the liner shows SCHLUGA 96 and on the outside of the liner shows 59-61.. again, refer to pictures to make your own determination when bidding, as we are not war helmet experts.
