Ontario Vietnam War Pilot Knife 1 – 1973 Fixed Blade Survival is a piece of history from the conflict era. It is an original item that was manufactured in the United States. The knife is perfect for collectors who are interested in militia and edged weapons from the Vietnam War period. The knife was designed to be used by pilots during the war, and it served as a survival tool for them. It has a fixed blade that is sharp and durable. The very pointed blade measures approx 5" in length with a serrated top and straight blade bottom. Shows signs of use / wear but nothing major, appears to be a steel pommel. The knife is a perfect addition to any collection of militaria items. We also have a Vintage Cutco USA 1765 Explorer 10.37" Fixed Blade Hunting Knife, This is a rare Cutco 1765 Explorer. It is based on the popular Puma White Hunter model. There is inscription on one side of the handle and the other side has the PAT PEND with a number, this was MADE IN USA as marked on the Ricasso. The Mercator K55K is a type of pocketknife produced in Germany since around 1867. Mercator knives were primarily produced by Hy. Kauffmann, which was operational from 1856 to 1995. The Mercator K55K knife is still produced in Germany by Mercator, now a division of Otter-Messer.
