Manufactured as a prototype of what was supposed to become the Mossberg Military .45 ACP Combat Model handgun. These pistols were developed by Bo Clarke as a possible replacement to the Colt 1911, though after a series of events, true production never saw the light of day. This pistol features a jeweled stainless steel slide marked "CAC 45-1/COMBAT MODEL" on the left. The frame is also stainless steel, marked "CAC/CARSON, CA. on the right, and features a distinct hook on the trigger guard for keeping the shooters finger from slipping off in the course of rapid fire. Comes WIth Two Magazines.
