Description
A Pair of Bates black leather military combat boots. These high-shaft, lace-up boots feature a robust design with thick, lugged rubber outsoles. The outsoles are prominently marked with yellow octagonal “Vibram” logos, along with molded text “MADE IN ITALY” and patent number “BREV. N. 753.158”. The interior is lined with a quilted orange-brown fabric, bearing stamped markings “B.R.”, “114/8B”, and “D.D.”. Each boot contains a black plastic boot shaper, identified by the visible text “Schellenschmidt Schuhspanner”, with one shaper also bearing a “664” sticker. The laces of the boots are tied together.
Condition report:
Good used condition. The leather uppers show visible dust, dirt, and some scuffing consistent with wear. The lugged rubber outsoles show signs of use but retain good tread.
