A Vietnam War North Vietnamese Army (NVA) officer’s belt buckle, constructed from yellow metal, likely brass or bronze. The rectangular buckle features a prominent centrally embossed five-pointed star on its front face. The reverse side reveals a folded sheet metal construction.
Condition report:
The buckle exhibits significant signs of wear, including numerous surface scratches, dents, and a dark, uneven patina consistent with age and extensive use. Both integral bent wire loops are broken on one side, indicating damage.
