Twenty rounds of World War II era .30-06 Tracer ammunition, manufactured by Remington Arms in 1940. The ammunition is presented on four black metal stripper clips, with each clip holding five cartridges. The cartridges feature brass-colored casings and copper-colored bullets, distinctly marked with red painted tips, indicative of tracer rounds. A detailed headstamp inspection reveals ‘RA’ at the top and ’40’ at the bottom, confirming the manufacturer and year of production.
Condition report:
The metal components, including both the brass casings and the stripper clips, exhibit signs of age consistent with their World War II era. Visible patina, discoloration, and some surface corrosion are present on all items. The red painted tips on the bullets show minor wear.
