This central disc is quartered with red and white fields, displaying stylized heraldic charges: a yellow castle/tower on red, and a yellow rampant lion on white, with a blue oval containing a white, stylized cruciform symbol at its very center. The accompanying ribbon is off-white with a single vertical red stripe, attached to a gilt metal bar with an integrated pin-back fastening.
