Sold for: $65
Description
A group of five light brown cardboard ammunition boxes, each labeled “20 CARTUCHOS” (20 CARTRIDGES), “CAL. – 7,62 x 51” (CAL. – 7.62 x 51), and “NATO ESPAÑOL” (NATO SPANISH). The top flaps of several boxes distinctly show the text “Cargados en 1979” (Loaded in 1979). A visible logo on one box features the letters “SB” enclosed within a cogwheel graphic, pierced by a sword, identifying the manufacturer as Santa Bárbara. A handwritten number “25864” is visible on one side of a box. Two boxes are open, revealing twenty brass-cased, copper-jacketed cartridges with green primers each, arranged neatly inside. Two individual cartridges are also displayed standing.
Condition report:
The cardboard packaging exhibits visible signs of age, wear, creasing, and some staining, particularly on the top surfaces. The revealed cartridges appear clean and well-preserved.
