Lot 1088:
A Set of Four Patriotic-Themed Folding Knives in Presentation Tin, Marked 'Pakistan'
Sold for: $30
Description
A contemporary multi-piece folding knife set presented within a black rectangular metal tin. The open tin reveals four distinct folding knives with polished metal blades and various handle materials, including dark wood, an orange-amber composite, and a reddish-brown patterned material, all nestled within a custom-fit red flocked insert. Two of the knife blades are visibly marked “PAKISTAN,” with one also featuring “S & D” and an etched eagle motif. A small central rectangular item, likely a matchbox or miniature tin, and the lid of the main tin both prominently display an American patriotic theme with the English text: “GOD, GUNS & GUTS MADE AMERICA LET’S KEEP ALL THREE.” The design incorporates an American flag, an eagle, and two revolvers.
Condition report:
The set appears to be in new or near-new condition. The tin shows only minor superficial scuffs consistent with handling and storage.
