A Winchester Model 1200 12 Gauge pump-action shotgun. Constructed from blued steel with a richly figured wooden stock and forend, both featuring checkered grip panels. The barrel is marked ‘WINCHESTER® MODEL 1200 – 12 GA. 2¾ CHAM. MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL WINCHOKE™’, indicating it is chambered for 2¾-inch shells and features a WinChoke system. The serial number L914896 is located on the underside of the receiver. The buttplate is embossed with the ‘WINCHESTER REPEATING ARMS’ logo. Proof marks are visible near the barrel-receiver junction.
Condition report:
Good overall condition, displaying some minor wear to the blued finish and light handling marks on the wood. Visible internal residue is present within the action.
