A Marlin Model 60 semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22 Long Rifle. The barrel is clearly marked “THE MARLIN FIREARMS CO. NORTH HAVEN, CT, U.S.A. MODEL 60 MICRO-GROOVE BARREL CAL. 22 L.R. ONLY.” The rifle features a reddish-brown finished wood stock, blued metal components for the barrel and receiver, and a black rubber buttpad. The receiver bears the serial number “13361524.” A partial warning label is visible on the barrel, reading “WARNING BEFORE USING ME READ OWNERS MANUAL FOR SAFE OPERATION.”
