Description
A Winchester Model 94 lever-action rifle, chambered in 30-30 W.N. The barrel is marked “WINCHESTER – MODEL 94 30-30 W.N. MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL.” The underside of the receiver bears the serial number “5125396.” The rifle features a blued metal barrel and magazine tube, a case-colored receiver, and a polished reddish-brown wooden stock and forend. Accompanying the rifle is a brown leather sling with camouflage fabric sections, and a brown suede buttstock cover fitted with a black elastic shell holder, labeled “UNCLE MIKE’S Sidekick.”
Condition report:
Fair to good overall condition. The blued finish on the barrel and magazine tube shows minor wear consistent with age and use. The case-colored receiver exhibits significant finish loss and patination, with areas of exposed metal. The wooden stock and forend show cosmetic wear, including minor scratches and dings, but appear structurally intact. The accessories show wear.
