Sold for: $50
Description
This collection comprises 150 rounds of #8 shot shotgun ammunition, presented in six vintage-style cardboard boxes from three distinct manufacturers: Winchester, Peters, and Remington. The collection includes boxes from product lines such as “Winchester Super Speed Game Loads,” “Peters Standard Field Loads,” and “Remington RXP Game Loads.” The packaging features graphic illustrations of game birds and hunters, prominent brand names, and product line information. Visible specifications include “25 Plastic Shotshells,” “1275 FEET PER SECOND,” “20 GA. GUNS,” “SKEET,” and shot size “8,” alongside standard warnings like “KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.” Several boxes are open, revealing rows of five plastic-hulled shotshells with brass bases. The shells are in yellow and lime green, individually marked with brand names such as “PETERS” or “WINCHESTER” and caliber details.
Condition report:
The cardboard boxes exhibit visible age-related wear, including creasing, minor surface dirt, and some discoloration. The internal shotshells generally appear intact, showing some slight color variation or minor scuffs on their plastic hulls.
