Description
This lot comprises a collection of factory-packaged and loose centerfire pistol ammunition, predominantly in the .380 AUTO (also known as .380 ACP) caliber. The consignor specifies that the exact quantity of items in this lot is 118. The lot includes five distinct boxes of packaged ammunition totaling 190 rounds, along with approximately 108 loose cartridges displayed in plastic trays.
The packaged ammunition includes:
1. American Eagle by Federal Cartridge Company: 50 rounds of 95 Grain Full Metal Jacket (FMJ). Marked AE380AP.
2. Liberty Ammunition (Civil Defense): 50 rounds of 50 Grain, high-velocity ammunition (1500 fps).
3. Cor-Bon: 20 rounds of 90 Grain Jacketed Hollow Point (JHP) ammunition.
4. Barnes (TAC-XPD Defense Ammunition): 20 rounds of 80 Grain TAC-XPD.
5. RWB Manufacturing: 50 rounds of 100 Grain FMJ, contained in a plain white box marked .380 ACP.
The loose cartridges, numbering approximately 108 rounds, are a mix of Full Metal Jacket (FMJ) and Hollow Point (HP) projectiles. These loose rounds feature both standard brass and nickel-plated casings, with visible headstamps including S&B (Sellier & Bellot) and TZZ (Israeli Military Industries). The loose cartridges are presented in three separate plastic trays for display. All ammunition is live centerfire pistol ammunition. Condition report:
The pistol is in excellent overall condition, appearing to have been fired minimally, if at all. The matte black finish on the slide shows virtually no wear or handling marks. The polymer frame is clean and intact. The bore appears bright with sharp rifling. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. The accessories and hard case are also in excellent condition. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition.
