Description

A collection of 75 centerfire ammunition cartridges chambered in the historic .45-70 Government caliber. This lot consists of two bulk bags and four loose rounds, totaling 75 cartridges, as specified by the consignor. The .45-70 ammunition was originally developed for the U.S. Army’s Springfield Model 1873 rifle and remains popular today for hunting and sporting use. The cartridges feature brass casings and unjacketed lead projectiles, consistent with older or traditional loadings, often utilizing a flat-point or semi-wadcutter design. The dimensions are consistent with the straight-walled, rimmed design of the .45-70 cartridge.

Condition report:

The firearm is in excellent overall visual condition, suggesting very little use. The matte stainless steel finish on the slide shows no significant wear or scratching. The pink polymer frame is clean and free of scuffs or damage. Factory warning decals regarding laser radiation and compliance are fully intact on the slide. The bore appears bright. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand. The included Crimson Trace laser sight is securely mounted and appears functional, though we have not tested the battery life or zeroing. The accompanying hard case and manuals are also in excellent condition. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
