Sold for: $10
Description
This lot consists of two items: one softcover book and one box containing reloaded ammunition components. The book is identified as "GLOCK: The New Wave in Combat Handguns" by Peter Alan Kasler, published by A Paladin Press Book, ISBN 0-87364-649-5. The second item is a heavily taped and worn Winchester Super-X 50 Centerfire Pistol Cartridges box. A handwritten label affixed to the box indicates the contents are "50 .40 Cal 180 Gr HP" loaded with "5.3 Gr Unique Powder" on "10-10-23," suggesting these are hand-loaded cartridges. The box contains a red plastic tray holding 49 loaded cartridges and 1 expanded hollow point projectile component, totaling 50 components. The cartridges are reloads utilizing mixed brass headstamps, including FEDERAL, WINCHESTER, BLAZER, and R-P, all marked .40 S&W.
Condition: The book exhibits wear typical of a used softcover paperback, including creasing and shelf wear consistent with age. The ammunition box is heavily worn, taped, and shows significant handling marks and discoloration. The internal ammunition components (49 loaded cartridges and 1 projectile component) are in good visual condition; the brass casings are clean. The cartridges are hand-loaded reloads and are sold as components only. We have not function-tested this ammunition and make no guarantees regarding its safety or performance. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the possession and transfer of ammunition and components.
