Description
This lot consists of one Smith & Wesson M&P Bodyguard 380 semi-automatic pistol chambered in .380 AUTO, accompanied by two detachable box magazines. The pistol features a black finished slide and a matte black polymer frame, designed for concealed carry. The firearm is equipped with an integrated Crimson Trace laser sight unit mounted on the front of the frame, featuring a visible red activation button. The slide features rear serrations and fixed sights. Visible markings include M&P BODYGUARD 380, .380 AUTO, BG 380, and the manufacturer’s address: SMITH & WESSON SPRINGFIELD, MA U.S.A. The right side of the frame also bears the warning CAUTION: Capable of firing with Magazine Removed. The full serial number, ECF8937, is clearly visible on the right side of the polymer frame. The two included stainless steel magazines feature black base plates/finger extensions, red followers, and capacity witness holes marked 2 through 6.

Condition report:
Excellent, new-in-package condition. All five magazines are sealed in their original factory packaging and appear unused. The polymer construction shows no signs of wear, scratching, or damage, consistent with new old stock. The packaging itself is intact, though some retail stickers are present. We have not function-tested these accessories.
