Bushmaster Carbon-15 Semi-Automatic Rifle, Serial Number CBC032116. This is a semi-automatic rifle chambered for CAL.223-5.56 MM, utilizing an AR-style platform. The rifle features a lightweight construction based on a carbon fiber or polymer lower receiver, finished in matte black. The furniture includes a ribbed polymer handguard, an A2-style checkered pistol grip, and a six-position collapsible buttstock. The upper receiver is equipped with a full-length Picatinny rail for optics mounting. The barrel features a fixed front sight/gas block assembly and is terminated with a standard birdcage style flash hider. Markings on the lower receiver include the manufacturer “BUSHMASTER FIREARMS ILION, NY U.S.A.” and the model designation “CARBON-15™”. The caliber is clearly marked “CAL.223-5.56 MM”. The serial number CBC032116 is present on a sticker above the trigger guard. The barrel is also marked “5.56 NATO 1/9” twist. Please note that this rifle is offered without a magazine (no mag).
