Lot 1279:
A Lot of 60 Winchester W-W SUPER .338 Winchester Magnum Ammunition Components
Sold for: $50
Description
This lot consists of 60 pieces of ammunition components for the .338 Winchester Magnum caliber, manufactured by Winchester (W-W SUPER). The lot is composed of live cartridges (60 rounds) and empty brass casings, consistent with the user-provided keywords. The cartridges feature brass cases and copper-jacketed projectiles, visually appearing to be expanding or ballistic-tipped hunting ammunition suitable for large game. All visible headstamps uniformly read W-W SUPER 338 WIN MAG. The components are contained within four plastic storage boxes (three red, one yellow). It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the purchase, possession, and transport of ammunition.
Condition report:
The stainless steel finish is in very good overall condition, retaining a high degree of its original luster. There are superficial handling marks and light scuffing visible across the barrel shroud and frame, consistent with light use and storage. The cylinder face shows minor evidence of firing. The black polymer grips are intact with no major cracks or chips. The bore appears bright with strong rifling. The double-action and single-action mechanisms appear to function correctly, though we have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
