Description

This lot consists of 87 total centerfire rifle cartridges and brass casings primarily in the .257 Roberts caliber. The lot is divided into several components. The largest component is a light blue 50-round polymer storage box containing loaded cartridges. Approximately half of these loaded rounds feature boat-tail projectiles with red polymer tips, consistent with modern hunting ammunition designs. The remaining loaded rounds in this box feature standard soft-point or hollow-point boat-tail projectiles. A red polymer 20-round tray, marked FEDERAL, holds 20 brass casings or loaded cartridges displaying heavy patina and tarnish. An aged cardboard box labeled WINCHESTER-WESTERN 20 CENTER FIRE RIFLE CARTRIDGE CASES contains 17 brass cases/rounds, which also show significant tarnish and age, with visible headstamps including Winchester-Western marks for .257 Roberts. The remaining rounds are loose components. All components are sold as a collector’s lot of ammunition and reloading components.

Condition report:

The pistol is in very good overall condition. The matte black finish on the slide shows minimal handling wear, primarily around the slide stop lever and minor scuffing on the front edges. The polymer frame is structurally sound with minor cosmetic scuffs consistent with light use. The bore appears bright with strong rifling, though this is a visual assessment only. The action appears to function correctly when cycled manually. The included magazine is clean. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
