Description

This lot consists of two fixed-blade knives, each accompanied by its leather sheath. The first is a large Bowie-style knife featuring a bright stainless steel clip point blade. The blade is clearly stamped with the markings CVA, DIK, and ITALY, indicating its country of origin and likely manufacturer or importer. The knife is constructed with a wooden handle, a substantial brass guard, and a brass pommel cap. It is paired with a light brown, laced leather sheath secured with natural cordage and a small wooden toggle. The second knife is a smaller, full-tang fixed blade designed with a drop-point profile. The blade exhibits a dark finish with a visible hammered texture on the flats, consistent with a forged or hand-finished appearance. The handle scales are a textured dark gray/black material, secured by two visible pins. This knife is paired with a darker brown leather sheath featuring decorative embossing near the edge and heavy contrasting stitchwork.

Condition report:

The projectiles are in fair to good condition, exhibiting an aged, oxidized gray finish consistent with cast lead components stored over time. There are no signs of significant damage, though wear consistent with bulk storage is visible. The lot is contained within a translucent blue plastic storage bin. These are inert components and do not constitute live ammunition. We have not function-tested these components. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the possession and use of reloading components.
