Condition report:
The firearm is in used condition, showing moderate wear consistent with field use. The metal surfaces retain a dark black finish, likely bluing, which exhibits scuffing and handling marks throughout the barrel. The receiver flats show noticeable surface wear, thinning of the finish, and minor speckled surface oxidation or patina. The bore appears bright and smooth. The black synthetic stock and forend show various scuffs, scratches, and minor abrasions but are structurally sound. The break-action appears to function correctly, locking up tightly. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
