Description
This lot consists of 100 rounds of PMC X-TAC 5.56MM (M855) Centerfire Rifle Cartridges, packaged in five factory boxes of 20 rounds each. The ammunition is identified on the packaging as 5.56MM (M855) 62 Grain Green Tip, with a stated Muzzle Velocity (MV) of 2920 FPS. The M855 designation indicates a 62-grain projectile with a steel penetrator core, commonly referred to as Light Armor Piercing (LAP) or “Green Tip” ammunition. The cartridges visible in the opened box are brass-cased with primers sealed by a purple/blue lacquer. One cartridge shows minor patina or discoloration near the neck and shoulder area, consistent with storage. The packaging is marked PMC Ammunition X-TAC. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the purchase, possession, and transport of this ammunition, particularly M855 projectiles which may be restricted in certain jurisdictions.
Condition report:
Excellent, near-new condition. The visible pistol retains 100% of its factory black slide finish and FDE polymer frame finish, showing no significant signs of wear, handling marks, or firing residue, consistent with a new-in-box firearm. The bore appears bright with sharp rifling. The action appears to function correctly in dry operation. All included accessories are present and in new condition. The original box shows minor shelf wear. We have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
