Description
A SCCY Industries Model CPX-1 semi-automatic pistol, chambered in 9mm (9x19mm). The description is based on the visible example, Serial Number C282000, which is presented in a two-tone configuration featuring a black finished steel slide and a textured polymer frame in Flat Dark Earth (FDE). The CPX-1 model is distinguished by the presence of an ambidextrous manual thumb safety located on the frame. The action type is double-action only (DAO). The pistol utilizes standard factory three-dot iron sights. Visible markings include SCCY on the left side of the slide, CPX-1 9mm on the frame, and SCCY Industries Daytona Beach, FL on the backstrap insert, along with the serial number C282000. The barrel is marked 9mm. This lot includes the original factory box (labeled CPX-1CBDE and bearing serial number C282000), instruction manual, trigger/action lock with keys, and two black stick magazines, along with a sealed plastic bag containing two spare magazine baseplate extensions.

Condition report:
All five magazines are in New Old Stock (NOS) condition, sealed in their original factory packaging. The polymer bodies show no signs of wear, scratching, or use, consistent with their sealed state. The packaging itself is intact, though minor shelf wear may be present on the plastic seals. We have not function-tested these magazines.
