Description
This lot consists of 60 rounds of commercial centerfire rifle ammunition in the popular 30-06 Springfield caliber. The ammunition is packaged in three factory boxes, each advertised to contain 20 cartridges. The lot includes one box of Winchester Super-X, 150 Grain Power-Point Soft Point (S.P.), and two boxes of Federal Ammunition Power-Shok, 150 Grain Soft Point. Examination of the contents reveals brass-cased cartridges, generally bright and clean, with mixed headstamps including FC (Federal Cartridge) and RP (Remington-Peters), all marked 30-06 SPRG. The ammunition is suitable for use in rifles chambered for the 30-06 Springfield cartridge. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms and ammunition laws. This ammunition is sold as a collector’s item and is not warranted for firing.
Condition report:
Fair to poor cosmetic condition due to heavy surface wear. The high-polish chrome or nickel finish exhibits significant degradation, including numerous heavy scratches, scuffs, and handling marks across all major surfaces of the slide and frame. There are minor areas of greenish oxidation visible, particularly near the muzzle and the rear slide serrations. The cream-colored polymer grips are intact but show minor discoloration and handling wear, secured by a single slotted screw showing minor corrosion. The action appears to function correctly when cycled by hand, but we have not function-tested this firearm. The bore condition is unknown as the pistol was not disassembled.
