Description
A contemporary fixed-blade fighting knife, identified as the Combat Smatchet, designed in the style of Applegate & W.E. Fairbairn and manufactured by Boker. The knife features a broad, spear-point stainless steel blade. The blade is marked "COMBAT SMATCHET 100" and engraved in script, "By Applegate & W.E. Fairbairn." The ricasso is stamped with the manufacturer’s mark, "BOKER SOLINGEN GERMANY STAINLESS, " positioned above the stylized Boker tree logo. The knife utilizes a substantial guard and a black, molded synthetic handle secured by two pins. A braided cord lanyard is attached to the pommel.
