Condition report:
The shotgun appears to be in excellent, near-new condition, consistent with being unfired or handled minimally, as suggested by the accompanying box label noting NEW condition. The black matte finish on the barrel and furniture shows no significant wear or scratches. The brushed aluminum receiver is clean with sharp markings. The bore appears bright and clean. The break-action mechanism and exposed hammer appear to function correctly when cycled manually, though we have not function-tested this firearm with live ammunition. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws and to have the firearm inspected by a qualified gunsmith prior to use.
