Lot 164:
Winchester WLP Large Pistol Primers for Standard or Magnum Pistol Loads (Lot of 1000)
Sold for: $85
Description
This lot consists of 1000 Winchester Large Pistol (WLP) primers, packaged in the original factory dark blue cardboard box. These primers are specifically designated for use in reloading standard or magnum pistol loads requiring large pistol primers. The packaging features the Winchester logo (a horse and rider) and is marked "WINCHESTER Primers, " "LARGE PISTOL FOR STANDARD OR MAGNUM PISTOL LOADS, " and the specific product code "No. WLP." The side panel confirms the contents as "1000 PRIMERS" and "1000 AMORCES." The primers themselves are brass-toned and are typically arranged in ten 100-count plastic trays within the box. This is a lot of 1000 primers.
Condition: The lot is in very good condition. The primers appear clean, bright, and free from visible corrosion or tarnish. The original dark blue cardboard box exhibits minor wear consistent with storage, including light fraying and rubbing visible at the corners and edges, but remains structurally intact and legible. As these are highly explosive components, we have not function-tested them. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the purchase and use of reloading components.
