Lot 166:
A Lot of 130 Rounds of 9x18 Makarov Ammunition and Components
Sold for: $85
Description
A collection of 9x18mm Makarov ammunition and related components totaling 130 items. This lot includes five boxed items and two groupings of loose cartridges. The boxed ammunition includes one reversed box of Hornady Critical Defense (25 count, loaded with patented FTX bullet, caliber likely 9×18 Makarov based on lot context), one box of Wolf Performance Ammunition Military Classic 9 mm Makarov 95 GR. FMJ (50 Cartridges, Steel Case, Made in Russia), one generic box of 50 Hollow Point 9×18 Makarov cartridges, and one box of Buffalo Bore Ammunition (9×18 Makarov caliber). Also included is one SINXOID box containing 14 metallic spherical pellets/BBs, labeled as a mercury-free additive. The loose cartridges are presented in two sections: an upper grouping of 50 steel-cased 9mm Makarov cartridges featuring a green lacquer finish and red primer sealant, and a lower grouping of 24 brass-cased cartridges, likely 9mm Makarov, loaded with copper-jacketed hollow point projectiles. The total quantity of items in this lot, including all cartridges and components, is 130.
Condition: The ammunition boxes exhibit moderate handling wear, staining, and creasing, particularly the central generic 9×18 Makarov box. The loose cartridges, both the steel-cased FMJ and the brass-cased JHP, appear to be in good, unfired condition with clear headstamps and intact primers/sealant. The Sinxoid metallic pellets show minor surface patina consistent with age. This ammunition is sold as a collector’s item only. We have not function-tested this ammunition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
