Description
This is a single detachable 12 Gauge Barrel manufactured by the Remington Arms Company. The barrel features a matte black finish and a ventilated rib. A fixed band/ring is present for securing the magazine tube, consistent with barrels designed for Remington pump-action or semi-automatic shotguns. Visible markings on the upper surface near the chamber read: REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY ILION, NY. Caliber markings indicate it is chambered for 12 GA. 2 3/4" AND 3". An additional warning inscription reads: 3 1/2" ONLY WITH SUPER MAG RECEIVER, indicating compatibility with modern Super Mag receivers. This is a factory original 12 Gauge Barrel.
Condition: The barrel retains the majority of its matte black finish, estimated at 85-90%. There is moderate handling wear consistent with use, including various surface scuffs and scratches across the exterior finish. No heavy rust or pitting is apparent. The bore appears bright and smooth, though it would benefit from cleaning. We have not function-tested this component.
