Description

This lot consists of a pair of large fixed-blade survival knives, both designed in the style of the US M-9 Bayonet, a pattern commonly associated with the Smith & Wesson Special Ops line. Knife 1 features a polished clip-point blade with a prominent saw-back spine. The handle is constructed of black polymer or rubberized material with heavy circumferential knurling, a straight black crossguard, and a threaded black pommel cap, suggesting internal storage capability. Knife 2 is also a fixed-blade survival knife featuring a polished clip-point blade with a saw-back spine. The blade flat of this knife is etched with the word SURVIVOR. The handle, crossguard, and threaded pommel cap are made of silver-colored aluminum with heavy circumferential knurling. A black rubber O-ring is visible beneath the pommel cap. Neither knife bears visible manufacturer markings or serial numbers, though the design of the black knife is consistent with the Smith & Wesson SW3G Special Ops pattern.
Condition: Both knives are in used condition, exhibiting moderate wear consistent with field use and storage. The polished blades show significant surface scratching, scuff marks, and minor dings, particularly on the flats and near the edge. The black polymer grip on the first knife is sound but shows wear on the high points of the knurling. The aluminum handle of the second knife shows scuffing, minor dents, and some discoloration, particularly around the crossguard. Edges appear to have been used and may require professional sharpening. The mechanical integrity of the handles and pommel caps appears sound. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
