The cover features a cachet authorized by the Cooper Union commemorating the Lincoln Sesquicentennial and Cooper Union Speech.2. St. Vincent / The Grenadines of St. Vincent Souvenir Blocks (4 items): Issued 1981 commemorating the Royal Wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana Spencer. All four blocks are Mint Never Hinged and bear the prominent OFFICIAL overprint. Each block contains six perforated stamps arranged around a central non-stamp label. Denominations include 60? Liberia Miniature Sheets (3 items): Titled THE PRESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Each sheet contains 15 perforated stamps in a 3×5 configuration, for a total of 45 stamps. Denomination $6 per stamp. The sheets feature portraits of US Presidents from George Washington through modern figures including George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Ross Perot, and Bob Dole, against the US flag design. These are modern commemorative issues, MNH.
Condition: The majority of the stamps (70 of 71) are Mint Never Hinged (MNH) with full original gum, appearing fresh with excellent color and generally Very Fine (VF) to Extremely Fine (XF) centering. The St. Vincent blocks show minor marginal creasing or handling wear on the selvage edges, but the stamps themselves are sound. The US FDC is used, bearing a clear First Day Cancel (FDC cancel). The cover is clean with light handling wear consistent with a philatelic cover of this age. No major faults such as thins, tears, or heavy creases are noted on the stamps or sheets.
