Description

This lot consists of a collection of nine (9) assorted firearm magazines, encompassing various calibers, capacities, and manufacturers, including two new-in-package items and seven loose magazines.

The packaged items include:
1. One Marlin Rifle Magazine, blued finish, sealed in blister packaging. Marked for Calibers: .22WMR/17HMR, Capacity: 7 Shot, Fits All .22WMR and 17HMR Bolt Actions.
2. One Mec-Gar 1911 pistol magazine, sealed in blister packaging. Marked "1911 10mm." The packaging barcode label identifies the item as MGCGOV10B, 8RD HT BLUE.

The loose magazines include:
3. One blued pistol magazine, marked "STURM, RUGER & CO., INC. SOUTHPORT CT." and stamped "40 CAL." This magazine bears the restrictive marking: "RESTRICTED LAW ENFORCEMENT/GOVERNMENT USE ONLY S/N POST091394." This marking indicates manufacture during the 1994-2004 Federal Assault Weapons Ban period.
4. A pair (2) of large, blued double-stack pistol magazines, both clearly marked "41AE" on the body, indicating they are chambered for the .41 Action Express cartridge. These feature polymer baseplates.
5. A pair (2) of compact stainless steel pistol magazines, featuring black polymer finger-rest baseplates. These are single-stack in appearance, but lack specific caliber markings.
6. One unmarked blued double-stack pistol magazine (appears full-size).
7. One unmarked blued pistol magazine (appears compact single-stack).

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding magazine capacity restrictions.

Condition report:

The two magazines sealed in blister packaging (Marlin and Mec-Gar 1911) are in New Old Stock (NOS) condition. The seven loose magazines show moderate to heavy finish wear consistent with use and storage. The blued finishes exhibit numerous scratches, scuffs, and areas of thinning, particularly on the Ruger .40 CAL magazine and the two .41AE magazines. The stainless steel magazines show surface scratching but no major corrosion. All polymer baseplates and extensions show handling marks and minor scuffs, but appear structurally sound. We have not function-tested these magazines.
