The rifle is in good overall condition. The matte metallic finish on the receiver and barrel shroud shows minor smudging, light discoloration, and handling marks consistent with moderate use. The black polymer stock is sound, exhibiting minor scuffs and surface wear but no cracks or significant damage. The bore condition is undetermined as the rifle has not been disassembled. The bolt action appears to function correctly, cycling smoothly. The mounted BSA 3-9X40 scope appears clear with a functional reticle. Included accessories are the ramrod and a set of tethered scope lens caps (one yellow-tinted, one clear). We have not function-tested this firearm with live powder or projectile. It is the buyer\'s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
