Description

This lot consists of a large, bulk quantity of spent cartridge casings intended for reloading, contained within a vintage wooden shipping crate. The crate itself is marked for PMC 5.56 MM BALL M193 SMALL ARMS AMMUNITION, manufactured in KOREA, with the lot number PS-E5- 3183-79, and a NET WT. of 15.07 KG. The crate is stenciled with SPORTSMANS EMPORIUM. The contents, however, are primarily a mix of spent .38 SPL empty brass casings and nickel-plated casings, confirmed by the headstamp visible on one example as ".38 SPL CBC." This wood crate loaded with empty .38 SPL empty brass casings represents a substantial quantity of reloading components. In addition to the bulk contents inside the crate, there are 14 individual spent casings scattered outside the box (6 brass and 8 nickel-plated). All casings are inert and spent.
Condition: The wooden crate is in good vintage condition, showing expected wear, handling marks, and remnants of adhesive tape. The stenciling is clear and legible. The casings within the crate and the 14 scattered outside are spent, showing signs of tarnish, handling wear, and minor oxidation consistent with previously fired and stored components. They are sold strictly as inert reloading components. We have not counted the total quantity within the crate. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws regarding the acquisition and use of reloading components.
