Lot 527:
HK G3 / HK91 Pattern 20-Round Detachable Magazine, 7.62x51mm NATO
Sold for: $25
Description
A single G3 / HK91 pattern detachable box magazine, designed for use with the Heckler & Koch G3 rifle, HK91 civilian rifle, and compatible PTR variants chambered in 7.62x51mm NATO (.308 Winchester). The magazine is constructed of stamped steel with a black military-style finish and features vertical reinforcement ribs along the body. Based on standard military specifications for this pattern, the capacity is estimated at 20 rounds. Visible markings transcribed from the body include the designation G3 P, the date code 2/84, and the National Stock Number 1005-12-127-7057. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
Condition: The magazine is in used, serviceable condition consistent with military surplus use. The original black finish shows significant wear, chipping, and scratches across all surfaces, exposing bare metal on high edges, around the feed lips, and heavily along the edges of the floor plate. The stamped steel body remains structurally sound, and the feed lips appear undamaged. We have not function-tested this magazine with live ammunition.
