Condition: The outer cardboard box exhibits light shelf wear, minor scuffing, and slight corner rubbing consistent with storage. The primers themselves are housed in internal plastic trays and appear new, unused, and free from corrosion, tarnish, or damage. The brass cups are bright and clean. We have not tested the functionality or ignition reliability of these primers. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and use of reloading components.
