Lot 79:
RCBS Omark Industries Full Length 2-Die Set for .30-06 Springfield
Sold for: $25
Description
This lot consists of an RCBS Omark Industries Full-Length 2-Die Set for the .30-06 Springfield cartridge. The set is housed in its original, hinged green polymer storage box marked RCBS OMARK INDUSTRIES. The box features an adhered white label identifying the contents as an F.L. DIE SET for caliber 30/06, along with a barcode, product numbers, and the handwritten name WAYNE. An orange sticker shows a sale price of $35.00. The set includes two steel reloading dies: one full-length sizing die (with decapping pin assembly visible) and one complementary die, likely a bullet seating die.
Condition: The set exhibits heavy signs of use consistent with a working reloading bench. The green polymer box is dirty, scuffed, and shows significant surface wear and grime. The steel dies themselves show noticeable discoloration, grime, and patina, particularly on the knurled adjustment screws and locking rings. The black finish on the die bodies is largely intact but dull. The threads appear functional, but the dies require a thorough cleaning before use. We have not function-tested these dies.
