This is a single IGA/Stoeger Gaucha Uplander break-action side-by-side shotgun, chambered in 12 Gauge with a 3 inch chamber. The firearm is marked GAUCHA – IGA MADE IN BRAZIL on the bottom of the receiver, accompanied by decorative floral engraving. The top barrel cluster is marked MOD. UPLANDER 12 GA. 3" CHAMBER and includes the importer marking IMP. BY STOEGER INC. S. HACKINSACK, N.J. The shotgun features 26" barrels, a solid rib, and a high-gloss blued finish. The furniture consists of checkered wood stock and forend. The barrel flats display the serial number 338279, along with four star-shaped proof marks and the stamp F9.Barrel Length: 26 inches
Condition: The shotgun retains a high percentage of its original high-gloss blued finish, showing evidence of use consistent with handling and field carry, including light scratching and minor surface wear on the barrels and receiver flats. The wood furniture (stock and forend) shows minor handling marks and light compressions in the finish, but the checkering remains sharp. A non-factory installed orange fiber optic sight has been affixed to the muzzle end of the solid rib. The break-action appears to function correctly, locking up tightly. We have not function-tested this firearm. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal firearms laws.
