The pistol is constructed of blued steel with a high-gloss finish and features reddish-brown wooden grip panels secured by two screws each. The grips incorporate circular medallions engraved with the LLAMA brand name. The action is semi-automatic. The left side of the slide is marked “LLAMA CAL .45.” The right side of the slide bears the manufacturer and location identification: “GABILONDO Y CIA. VITORIA (ESPAÑA).” The frame is marked with the importer information, “STOEGER INDUSTRIES. S. HACKENSACK, N.J. Made in Spain.” Visible proof markings near the trigger guard include the stamped symbols “8 [symbol] C2,” indicating the year of manufacture. The lot includes the pistol and two accompanying blued metal detachable box magazines, both featuring witness holes for cartridge counting. This model is based on the classic 1911 design, adapted by Llama.
