Gun Collectors Dream Auction #82 February 21st & 22nd
Lot 1241:
Sold for: $225
Description
A two-piece lot of premium, high-performance fixed-blade knives manufactured in the United States, dating to the contemporary period (c. 2020s). The first knife is a Bark River fixed blade featuring a satin-finished drop point blade made of CPM MagnaCut stainless steel, stamped “BARK RIVER KNIVES Escanaba MI USA MAGNA-CUT.” The knife utilizes full-tang construction with highly figured, dark brown wood scales, consistent with Arizona Desert Ironwood, secured by two polished pins and a lanyard hole. This knife is accompanied by its original heavy-duty brown leather sheath secured by white stitching and a metal retention snap. The second knife is a skeletonized, full-tang fixed blade made of high-performance ELMAX stainless steel. The blade is marked “ELMAX” near the spine, and the handle cutout is marked “U S A” vertically. This knife is paired with a black synthetic molded sheath, likely Kydex, attached to black braided paracord, suggesting utility or neck carry. The lot includes original packaging: the Bark River Knives box (Escanaba, MI, U.S.A., marked 5003) and a sealed white cardboard shipping container labeled “BRADFORD 6066 USA” (barcode 7 38481 22223 5). No measurements are available.
