RCBS Omark Industries Combo Die Set .38 Special/.357 Magnum Reloading Dies 1970s-1980s
Sold for: $30
Description
A vintage RCBS reloading die set housed in its original hinged green plastic storage case. The case lid is embossed with the branding “RCBS” and “OMARK INDUSTRIES,” dating this set to the period when Omark owned RCBS (circa 1976-1985). The set is identified by a partially damaged yellowed paper label affixed to the side, listing the contents as a “COMBO DIE SET” for a specific caliber, likely .38 Special/.357 Magnum (indicated by the fragmented text “[…]SPEC MAG RR SWC” and the recommended “USE SHELL HOLDER # 18”). The label also lists the specific part number as 3T8608. The interior contains a total of three dark metal reloading dies, featuring standard threaded bodies and knurled adjustment tops. Also included is a small, clear plastic bag containing a hex key or Allen wrench, marked with the numbers 1-09678 and 80404. This set is intended for the precise reloading of ammunition components.
