Description
This lot features a Sturm, Ruger & Co. Inc. Model KP89 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm x 19mm. The firearm is constructed with a matte-finished stainless steel slide and a matte grey investment-cast aluminum alloy frame. It features black synthetic ribbed grip panels bearing the Ruger phoenix logo. The left side of the slide is roll-marked RUGER P89, while the right side of the frame is marked STURM, RUGER & CO. INC. SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A. along with the serial number 305-96682 and the Terhune Anticorro proof mark. The pistol is equipped with a 4.5-inch barrel and traditional three-dot sights. Accompanying the firearm is a single steel box magazine, the original factory instruction manual dated June 1993, and a black MTM Case-Gard model #805 plastic hard-shell carrying case with a label identifying the firearm as a KP89. Barrel length: 4.5 inches.
