Description
RCBS, Uniflow Powder Measure, Quantity 2. This lot features two vintage RCBS Uniflow Powder Measures, standard equipment for precision handloading and reloading enthusiasts. Both units feature heavy cast metal bodies finished in the characteristic RCBS textured green paint, a finish commonly associated with mid-century production. The hoppers are constructed of translucent green plastic, allowing the user to monitor powder levels. The mechanisms utilize rotating silver-colored metal linkage arms to operate the internal metering chambers. The left unit is visibly marked “RCBS” and “903” (or “903B”) on the body casting and includes a long, flat, multi-holed mounting bracket for attachment to a bench or press. The right unit features a knurled operating handle. The lower sections of both dispensers terminate in heavy threaded fittings designed to accept various drop tubes or mounting adapters. Also included is a separate, loose black cylindrical component, likely a powder baffle or a secondary small metering chamber.
