Lot 1548:
Taurus Model C45 Thunderbolt Pump Action Rifle in Polished Stainless Steel .45 Colt
Sold for: $1,050
Description
A modern production Taurus Model C45 Thunderbolt pump action rifle chambered in the popular .45 Colt (.45 LC) cartridge. This rifle is a reproduction of the classic Colt Lightning slide-action rifle, designed for cowboy action shooting and collecting. The metal components, including the full-length barrel, receiver, and buttplate, feature a highly reflective Polished Stainless Steel (Polished S/S) finish, as confirmed by the original packaging label. The rifle is fitted with dark wood furniture, including a smooth buttstock and a checkered foregrip, providing excellent contrast to the bright metal. Visible markings on the barrel include “TAURUS – MODEL C45” and “.45 COLT.” The country of origin is marked “MADE IN BRAZIL,” and the importer is listed as “TAURUS INT. MFG. MIAMI, FL. – USA.” The serial number AW2876X is clearly visible on the receiver and confirmed on the end flap label of the accompanying original cardboard box. The rifle features an adjustable rear sight and a silver-finished metal buttplate. The original cardboard packaging is included and bears the Taurus brand logo.
