This lot features a Smith and Wesson model SW99 semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm. A product of a notable collaboration between Smith and Wesson and Walther, this firearm features a black polymer frame manufactured by Walther in Germany and a black steel slide produced by Smith and Wesson in Springfield, Massachusetts. The slide is marked with the manufacturer name, location, and model designation SW99, while the frame bears the Walther logo and the stamp FRAME MADE IN GERMANY. An import mark for C.A.I. GEORGIA, VT. is present on the right side of the slide. The pistol is equipped with a 4-inch barrel, Tru-Dot night sights, and Smith and Wesson branded grips. The serial number SAA7051 is visible on the frame, slide, and barrel. Included with the firearm is one 15-round magazine marked CAUTION-15 RDS. ONLY, a red plastic chamber safety flag, and the original cardboard shipping box with a matching serial number label and part number HG8002A-GI.
