Lot 1598:
RCBS Precisioneered .270 Rifle Reloading Die Set in Original Green Case, Vintage
Sold for: $40
Description
RCBS reloading die set contained within its original green molded plastic storage case. The set is identified by a handwritten paper label affixed to the side of the case as “RCBS – 270 Die,” strongly suggesting the caliber is .270 Winchester. The case lid is prominently marked with the RCBS logo, “PRECISIONEERED®,” and “Reloading Dies,” along with the circular trademark logo featuring the phrase “KEEP PRECISIONEERED RELOADING EQUIPMENT.” The manufacturer address is listed as RCBS, Incorporated, Oroville, CA 95965. The lot includes two heavy-duty steel dies, both constructed with knurled bodies and threading for use in a standard reloading press. Also included is one small circular beige accessory disc, likely a seating stem or spacer component. These dies are essential tools for the precise hand-loading of ammunition.
