This lot consists of a pair of two Uncle Mike’s by Michaels of Oregon Sidekick brand bandolier hunting holsters. These Size 11 holsters are specifically designed for right-hand carry of large-frame single and double action revolvers with barrel lengths ranging from 9 1/2 to 10 3/4 inches. The construction features a heavy-duty camouflage-patterned synthetic fabric exterior with brown nylon webbing straps, black plastic quick-release buckles, and metal snap fasteners on the retention flaps. The items retain their original yellowed cardboard retail hang tags, identifying them as Set No. 9211-1. The tags cite U.S. Patents 4,485,947, 4,485,948, and 4,620,654, which date the design to the mid-1980s.
