Description

A classic example of the Ruger Mini-14 centerfire semi-automatic rifle, manufactured by STURM, RUGER & CO., INC. of SOUTHPORT, CONN., U.S.A. This rifle is chambered for CAL. .223 Remington ammunition. The Mini-14 is historically significant, designed by L. James Sullivan and William B. Ruger, drawing inspiration from the M14 service rifle, offering a reliable gas-operated action in a civilian package. The rifle features a traditional wooden stock and forend displaying a glossy, reddish-brown finish, complemented by blued and black finished metal components. The receiver is clearly marked with the manufacturer’s information and safety warnings, including the serial number 182-75525, indicating production in the early 1980s. Sighting system includes an adjustable aperture rear sight and a hooded blade front sight. The barrel length appears standard for the model.
